3 layer Heat Insulation Corrugated UPVC Roofing Sheet uses three-layer co-extrusion technology,

a process completed, special for the project in need of heat insulation.each layer materials have their own features:

Surface Layer : the material is ultra-weather resin, to block the solar ultraviolet and reduce the coefficient of heat conductivity, ensure product durability and resistance to chemical corrosion;

Intermediate layer : the special foam structure and material is special for heat and sound insulation.

underlying layer : for just a good material toughness special to ensure the strength at the same time,increase the rigidity.

Three kinds of different materials to give the product their own features, and the organically combined to make a new generation of anti-corrosion compound APVC sheet of corrugated sheet to solve the product durability, corrosion resistance,small rigidity, a sense of space and aesthetic issues.

Range of Application:

First layer:The adoption of highly weather resistant engineering resin ASA PMMA, makes sure the surface layer has at least 10 years’ color stability, superior UV resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance as well.

Second layer:Good quality modified PVC materials with high toughness is adopted to ensure the strength while without compromising on the rigidity.

Third layer:adopts high toughness to ensure both strength and rigidity. The special material also offers a sense of space, and makes the building interior look brighter.
