4) The whole production machine line include main tile extruding machine,Ridge tile forming machine and mould,Ridge tile Oven,mixer,crusher,pulverizer... It is a Turnkey project.

5) Output capacity :Max 650kg/h(It depend on the Formula and Calcium rate)

6) Product surface color depend on the color of ASA granule. Any color you can produce.

Work flow:

Mixer for bottom layer(PVC powder, CaCO3, CPE, PE-WAX, Stearic acid , Compound stabilizer ,ACR, paraffin)

Extrusion process: Conical twin-screw extruder for bottom layer-Single screw extruder for Surface layer(ASA)-Mould-surface embossing-Forming machine-cutter-stacker –Main tile

Oven-Ridge tile machine and mould-Ridge tile

Crusher(waste material)-Pulverizer—Reuse again for extrusion line
